Registration and Name Badge Pick-up 

For quick and efficient service, print your name badge at any Self Check-In station located in the registration area. 
You can check in using one of the following options:

FACULTY REGISTRATION 
Committee, Faculty Members and Invited Guests should approach the Faculty Registration Desk to receive their name badges.  
 
Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times during sessions and events. 

VOUCHERS:

Click on “My Vouchers” from the mobile App home screen in order to access your e-vouchers. Present your e-voucher for scanning to the onsite attendants. E-vouchers will be used for Annual Meeting Bags, courses, workshops and additionally purchased events during registration.

Language

The official language of the Annual Meeting will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

ESPGHAN 2026 is scheduled as a hybrid event to take place in Lille from June 24-27, 2026. Participants who are unable to attend in person will have the option to register virtually. Live streaming will be available from June 25-27, 2026.

The abstracts for the 58th ESPGHAN Annual Meeting will be published in a special online edition of the Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (JPGN).

All accepted abstracts for ESPGHAN 2026 are currently under embargo, which will be lifted on 24 May 2026, at 08:00 am CEST, at which point the abstracts will be publicly available for viewing via the interactive programme, the mobile app and the virtual platform.

Following the Annual Meeting, participants will receive an email with information on how to obtain their CME-CPD credits.

The CME/CPD/ECM certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit-claiming procedure. Kindly note that the ESPGHAN 2026 online evaluation will be active on the last day of the meeting. You will then be able to access it and claim your CME/CPD certificate.

All parallel scientific sessions scheduled from Thursday, 25 June, to Saturday, 27 June, will be live streamed to the virtual platform. Recordings of these sessions will be available within 48 hours after each session and will be accessible on the virtual platform. Please refer to the timetable for specific session details.

All sessions will remain available for viewing for a 6-month period following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. Your log-in details for the platform have been emailed to you prior to the start of the Annual Meeting.

Please be aware: There will be no live streaming or recordings for Wednesday, 24 June, as well as ticketed courses and workshops in the main scientific programme.
Additionally, e-Poster sessions will not be streamed or recorded.
